Q: I own a Dale of Norway sweater and need service or have a question. Who should I contact? A: If you bought the sweater from us, contact us first. If you bought the sweater elsewhere, please contact the manufacturer Dale of Norway Q: What material is used for the sweaters? A: 100% wool. Some sweaters are made with Merino wool, which is extra soft. This is noted in the sweater descriptions. Q: Do you have a printed catalog? A: In order to save trees, and to keep up with our constantly changing stock, we do not print a paper catalog. All of our sweaters are viewable online. Q: I am looking for a specific sweater. Do you have it? A: Our entire collection is online, so if you don't see it on the web site, we don't carry it. Q: How should I care for my Norwegian wool sweater? A: We recommend dry cleaning for most customers. This is the easiest and safest way to keep your sweater like new. Norwegian sweaters are built to last. Many of our customers tell us they are replacing a wool Norwegian sweater from 30 years ago.
